but i haven’t even gotten out of the 180s which pisses me right off
I mean i know it’s my fault , but I need some kick in the ass to keep me going.

and I am going on Vacation in march break and I want to be 170 or at least 175 and I I know I can do it , I am hopefully going grocery shopping this week, plus gym everyday after school!

don’t lose faith in me.
i am very sorry for not posting for a few days and i’ll get back on that so a little bit about what has happened i now finally am getting more and more muscle in my leg and I can run for 8 minutes on the treadmill (use to not even be able to do 1) so I’m pretty proud I have also lost nearly 8 pounds since starting out and thats with just little change I know if I stepped it up I can get to 165 at least by christmas
also It’s nice to hear people saying ” have you lost weight?” :)
so today I was sick so I hate not so great and had most of my food at supper.
I mostly ate
Oranges well clemintines(4)
Greek yogurt (1)
Green tea ( 3 cups)
Tacos.
water.
