I am out of the 180s that means I have lost 10 pounds (almost) now only 30ish more pounds to go seems so far away but hey I got this!
- So I got a job at the local Good life gym :) , I help people learn how to use the Machines and stretch properly I also sometimes do front desk , I love It not mention I get a free membership! , now there’s no excuse working out everyday except Fridays :) I love it so much :)
and I’m always getting new tips on how to get healthier :)
Also the Book
Living the Goodlife by David Patchell Evans Is really Inspiring! with tips and success stories , So if your Canadian and you want to join a good gym it’s Good Life :)
Found a Nutrition book today :) ! , Bargain hunting , so exiting to look it over I really need to step up my eating habits though I want to lose 10 pounds at least by the end of November, hoping to find the 17 day diet and kinda compare all my Diet (of course by diet I mean Healthy choice of lifestyle) books to make one Awesome experience.
I need more blogs to follow because alot of people I’m following have these CRAZY standard theyre after.
