so guess what everyone , I’m going to Jamaica for march break
which is fantastic..
but it doesn’t give me a lot of time to prepare.
so I’m going to be doing this strict diet , by prevention Canada (hopefully sticking to it the best I can)
plus exercising at least 4 times a week.
and today I learned I can’t cheat one Ioda cause I suck aha at control.
