totally have been eating crappy lately, haven’t really been organized with my meal planning and been stressed terrible excuses I know and I only have one month and about a week until I leave for my trip need to step up my game been going to check out more Goodlife’s , I love working for a gym!

anyone else dealing with this same issue.
so this morning i weighed close to 173 , which is the lowest i’ve been in a long time but I keep going back and forth between the same 5 - 7 pounds I wish I could just never see 180 ever again i’m hoping to get out of the 170s by the end of Febuary maybe 165? . and before I go on my trip I want to look good in a new bikini and maybe get my nails done? , yes :)

ahh im always so good until the end of the day.
food log.
brunch;
western omlette. snack; plain greek yogurt w. strawberry jam.
snack; hard boiled egg.
dinner grilled chicken spinach salad w. balsamic vingearette oven baked boneless skinless chicken breasts.
dessert D: 2.5 cupcakes exercise/ Pilates bands throughout the day.
Good News :D I’m down to 175 hollaaa ! :)

so its my unofficial second day and I only now have one month and 16 days to go (47days) I hope that keeps me on track.
Breakfast today: Rye toast w. real peaunut butter and banana on top, 2 glasses of water w. lemon and a peppermint tea.

just threw up all my breakfast (believe me not intentionally) damn this sucks I cant eat a meal especially breakfast without retching or choking , and if i don’t eat I also get sick and have a massive headache. also it doesn’t matter if it’s unhealthy or not still the same old stuff.

so guess what everyone , I’m going to Jamaica for march break which is fantastic.. but it doesn’t give me a lot of time to prepare. so I’m going to be doing this strict diet , by prevention Canada (hopefully sticking to it the best I can) plus exercising at least 4 times a week. and today I learned I can’t cheat one Ioda cause I suck aha at control. darnet lol
