That’s two months away, so it’s definitely a reasonable goal.
I’m currently fluctuating between 175-180. I’ve been maintaining this for months now. Not because I want to, but because I just can’t seem to get back into the swing of things.
Myself, my boyfriend, & our two friends are taking a trip…
day 6:
do i binge and if i do why do i?
not going to lie , I do binge once in a while.
and why? mostly because I’m bored and I got nothing to do , or I’ve had a bad day usually right before my period starts, their random but they can happen frequently.
I try not to though.
april 5th: day 5
why do I really want to lose weight and am I doing it for me.
I am doing it to feel more confident and feel more healthy because I have some health issues (not do to weight though) but yeah and I feel it’s something I do and hopefully succeed at.
and I am doing it for me and well as to help out my mom :)
1. Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Starving yourself all day sets you up for failure at night.
2. Eat your evening meal at a table. Don’t eat on the couch or watching tv.
3. Drink a lot of calorie free drinks. Water, tea, coffee….
4. Change your schedule. Go to bed earlier….
